I met her once, my heart I gave
O why do I for her, so much crave
Why love her so much? does she wonder
Why in one glimpse did I surrender

I know her not - so she thinks
Is this a matter of just forty winks
These feelings of mine, so intense
To her she thinks, makes no sense

Is my love real and so true
Or is it a fantasy that my mind did brew
She asks me how can it be
With just one meet, mine you want to be

Lucky am I angel, that I met you once
I love you so, for life gave me at least that chance
There is also this God, I love but never met
To both of you, my heart I debt
