Wow.

"A lack of normality always seemed to precede a rare change for the better."

A stunning story, with much commentary on the human condition as well as being hot. Seems almost like the first chapter of a novel... Which I would read. Very excellent.

Great story. When's the sequel?

Really enjoyed it. Would like to see another with Raven, as Death.

Amazing

You have an amazing capacity for writing. I am absolutely and totally in love with your style. Please, keep writing. If you ever wrote any kind of book, I would be the first to buy it. Never stop writing, ever.

Awesome :)

That was a truly enjoyable story -- a blend of darkness, humor and joy. A nice mix. I'll be rooting for you to win the Halloween contest :)

Death as Hero

Truly imaginative piece of writing, with faint echoes of Pratchett. Loved it. I might as well give up now :(

Suitably Distasteful

Great Yarn L-C

Suitably distasteful for Halloween, it so much ought to scare the living BeJesus out of you. Last time I'm going to a costume party.

Beautiful!

I found myself in many ways identifying with Raven (you know, except the part where she gets to become Death's consort and helper). ;)

It had a beautifully fulfulling and touching ending. I found myself sincerely smiling more than once. Nice work!

The best work

I must say, that this was one of the better stories i have read on here. I was pleased with the amount of passion that flowed on the pages. I only wish it to be true..

kool and exicting

hey ur death of the party story is fantastic its funn witty sad happy and abouslty howling with laughter.

raven sounds like a person in it who doesnt like the life of a human. But wants to be out of life and more intrsting i like tha way death comes in and helps out its funny in a corny kind of way

keep up the writing maybe if you have any more like that hope we get to read them

Not Always so Grim

I personally have an obsession with the Grim Reaper and I love what you did with him. The explanation of his material form was logical but still fun. Raven was a hoot! She had a lot of depth and this was adequately expressed. The only thing I wish for is for it to be a little longer and a sequel. A kiss on the cheek and a pat on the back. Kileka

Oh the irony

Thats awesome, the process of making life with Death himself. I have to say, this story, while short compared to my usual novels, has got to be one of the best stories I've ever read. I guess it may just be because it suits me better than others but still, I really did love it. Unfortunately your main character beat me in most ironic sex act, mine was "bondage in graveyard" didn't think I could lose until now XD

AMAZING

I absolutely adore this story. It's probably some of the best work I've read in a long while. Well done, my dear.

Perfection.

Such a perfect writing.

Its Ironic, My name is Raven, I am Goth and I have had a fascination with the reaper since childhood.

Although you claiming to be Goth raises a few flags I completely agree. Blessed be to those who partake in reading this fine specimen as well:)

Wonderful

I dont usually comment on anything but when i do it is because something was worth the time and effort. You have a wonderful way with words that i am envious of and the story you weave draws in the reader wonderfully. Its especially good considering having to work with abstract concepts or beings. Thank you for sharing this story.
