Perhaps something closer to the fact that so many people need help. And the sad fact is that $100 is a drop in the bucket to people who don't have a place to live, have substance abuse problems, have an abusive spouse or have children they can't feed or cloth properly. So while this little fairy tale seems all happy, happy, joy, joy all it does is serve as a reminder to the all the people that need help and aren't getting it. And if some Angel showed up in my apartment with $10,000 dollars and morphed into a real person, I'd either run screaming from the room in sheer terror or faint dead away. That's called reality.
instead I choose to think positively about how random acts of kindness can make a world of difference to someone who isn't expecting it - brought tears to my eyes and a big smile. Well done! Yes, this is written to tug heartstrings, but so what - most of us are so often just wrapped in our lives, without "seeing" others in need around us.

....but I loved it. I'd rather be a giver than a taker, yes I would.
Allergic reaction in the eyes, constricted feeling in the throat, tightness in the chest, warm feeling overall; it's probably a cold I've caught.😉
Good job!
Wonderful story you should win this contest.....I'm glad you didn't include sex
A wonderful story for the Season and a beautiful name for the angel.
Ah-lay-lee-ah, is that correct?
The author should be commended for a sweet story that was heart warming and truly inspirational! Kudos!
